By downloading, installing, or using the AppDesta Android mobile and TV application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Offline Functionality & Local Media
AppDesta is designed to operate 100% offline, allowing you to manage local media, stream videos and audio from your phone to your Android TV without downloading files on the TV, and share files nearby.
- Local Files: You are solely responsible for all media files stored on your device. AppDesta does not host, upload, or distribute copyrighted media.
- Storage Management: The app provides tools to inspect storage and review or delete unnecessary video and audio files. You maintain full control and responsibility over your device storage.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the application, including attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app's source code, or using the offline sharing tools for unlawful purposes.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
AppDesta is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted offline casting or file sharing performance across all third-party Android TV hardware.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AppDesta be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the mobile or TV application or local file storage.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AppDesta following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
